C) Contacts section users
If you fill in the forms accessible in the “Contacts” section, your personal data (first name and surname, email address) will be use in order to reply to your request for information. The purpose of the contribution of data is the fulfilment of your request. The legal basis of the processing is art. 6.1.b) del GDPR. Your data will be stored for the times necessary for provision of the service you requested.

Personal data processing procedures

Your personal data will be processed by manual, electronic and/or digital communication procedures in compliance with the procedures specified in articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR and with the adoption of the appropriate security measures required.
In order to compare and if necessary improve the results of communications, the Data Controller uses systems for sending marketing newsletters and communications using reports. Reports provide the Data Controller with information regarding, for example: the number of readers, openings of messages, single “clickers” and clicks used to read the message; details of the emails sent by date/hours/minutes; detail of emails delivered and undelivered and those forwarded; the list of users who unsubscribe from the newsletter; people who opened an email or clicked a single link; users with problems displaying the message.

All these data are used in order to compare, and if possible improve, the results of the communications.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
