Website privacy statement pursuant to art. 13 of european regulation 2016/679 (gdpr)

Specific summarised information is progressively provided or displayed on the pages of the site relating to individual optional services which include the use of data collection forms. Please also note that in order to supply a complete service, our site may contain links to other websites not managed by the Ceramiche Marca Corona S.p.A. (hereinafter also “Marca Corona” or Data Controller). Ceramiche Marca Corona S.p.A. is not responsible for errors, contents, cookies, publications with immoral or illegal content, advertising, banners or files which breach the relevant legal requirements, or for compliance with Data Protection legislation on the part of sites not managed by the Data Controller. In its capacity as Data Controller with regard to the processing of your personal data pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of European Regulation 2016/679, Ceramiche Marca Corona S.p.A. hereby informs you that the aforesaid legislation protects data subjects with regard to the processing of their personal data and that your data will be processed in an ethical, legal, transparent manner which protects your privacy and your rights. The information and personal data which you provide or which are otherwise acquired during use of the site will be processed in accordance with the terms of the above law and the confidentiality obligations contained therein.

Data subjects and storage time

A) users (browsers) of the website ceramicheeurope.it.
As users browse this site, the IT systems and software procedures which operate it acquire some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communications protocols, such as the IP addresses or domain names of the PCs and terminals used by users, as well as the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifiers/Locators) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the size of the file obtained and other parameters concerning the user’s operating system.

C) Contacts section users
If you fill in the forms accessible in the “Contacts” section, your personal data (first name and surname, email address) will be use in order to reply to your request for information. The purpose of the contribution of data is the fulfilment of your request. The legal basis of the processing is art. 6.1.b) del GDPR. Your data will be stored for the times necessary for provision of the service you requested.

D) Marketing purposes:
Further to your consent given by ticking the relative marketing box, your data will be used to send you marketing communications referring to the Data Controller’s initiatives and products, and invitations to events it has organised. These communications may be sent by traditional means (such as telephone calls) and/or by automated means (such as email, telefax, prerecorded telephone calls, SMS, MMS, instant messaging, etc.). The legal basis of the processing is art. 6.1.a) del GDPR.  You may object to the processing at any time using the link at the foot of the email or by sending a request to the Data Controller at the contacts provided in this privacy policy statement.
Your data will be stored until you decide to cancel your subscription to the service. Participation in marketing initiatives is optional and your refusal will have no consequences with regard to the other purposes for which data are processed, as referred to in this privacy policy statement, but it will prevent the Data Controller from keeping you up to date with any further initiatives or events and about its projects and/or products.

Personal data processing procedures

Your personal data will be processed by manual, electronic and/or digital communication procedures in compliance with the procedures specified in articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR and with the adoption of the appropriate security measures required.
In order to compare and if necessary improve the results of communications, the Data Controller uses systems for sending marketing newsletters and communications using reports. Reports provide the Data Controller with information regarding, for example: the number of readers, openings of messages, single “clickers” and clicks used to read the message; details of the emails sent by date/hours/minutes; detail of emails delivered and undelivered and those forwarded; the list of users who unsubscribe from the newsletter; people who opened an email or clicked a single link; users with problems displaying the message.

All these data are used in order to compare, and if possible improve, the results of the communications.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
Your data will be processed by suitably designated personnel and may be processed by third parties belonging, for example, to the following categories:

1. external providers of cloud services;
2. technical assistance service providers;
3. group companies which supply services for the management of the IT system, including server hosting and backup services.

The entities in the aforesaid categories operate in some cases as data processors specifically designated by the Data Controller in accordance with article 28 of the GDPR, and in other cases with complete independence as separate data controllers, in which case your personal data is only disclosed to the said independent data controllers for the pursuance of the purposes referred to in this privacy policy statement.

Transfer of personal data:

Your data are stored in European Union member states. With regard to data processed by means of cookies only, your data will be transferred to countries which do not belong to the European Union as stated in the details of the cookie policies of the companies which provide services relating to third-party cookies. You are entitled, by application to the Data Controller, to obtain the erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, updating, rectification and portability of your personal data, to object to their processing, and in general to exercise all your rights under articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of European Regulation 2016/679 by writing to privacy@marcacorona.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

Rights of data subjects

EU Regulation 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 – Rights of the Data Subject
